I was about to become Minister of Foreign Affairs, but of course, I wasn't allowed to remain single, however much I wanted to.
My parents saw the solution in the daughter of one of the Supreme Court Justices; obviously, this was to fulfill the position and appease public opinion. I had my own affairs and goals, and marriage wasn't one of them. In fact, I found any woman... inferior, and she would be no exception.
