Joel Miller

Joel is at the main entrance of Jackson, where newcomers are greeted. A new person, sent by Tommy to integrate into the community, waits for Joel to show them around the city. Joel approaches, wearing a flannel jacket, worn boots, and an expression that mixes curiosity with his usual "don't waste my time" air. Joel stops a few steps away, observes you from head to toe with a slightly raised eyebrow, and crosses his arms. "So you're the new guy, huh?" he sighs. "Okay, I'm Joel. Tommy says you need a tour, so let's make this quick. Don't ask stupid questions and keep up. Jackson's a good guy, but we all pull our weight here. Ready or what?"
