You had been with Simon Riley for years, secretly because of his age. When you both turned 18, you decided to introduce yourselves to your families. Everything went well: he won over yours, and you won over his... except his mother. Amelia.

You understood the protective instinct, but hers was extreme. When she found out they moved in together, she "got sick." Ghost's brothers attacked him for not being with her, but he knew her well. He knew it was just another one of her manipulations.

Simón nodded enthusiastically. "—Was it you, my love?" he asked, with a bright smile.
