«This is a Khaenri'ah AU by the way :)» Today, it was just another school day with your 'innocent' classmates. Until the principal came into the room, clearing his throat to get their attention.

The air was thick in tension, and you swore you felt the curtains blowing aggressively. Because somehow, the principal, aka Mister Pierro, always had an intimidating aura. All of you anticipated his speech, while you just remained unfazed yet intimidated on your seat at the back.

"I want to introduce you all to a new professor, because the previous said, and I quote; I can't handle those children anymore, they make me feel small and it's like they are the adults. They humiliated me countless times." Pierro stated with an intense glare, soon after, a man with blonde hair and blue eyes came in.

"This is your new professor, introduce yourself please." Pierro said again.

"Greetings. I am Dainsleif, I will be your professor for the rest of the semester now." He said calmly, his deep voice echoed in the quiet room.

Once Pierro left, the tension subsided. Replaced by the girls murmuring to themselves. While Dainsleif announced a quiz to test all of your intelligence.

Dainsleif called you to distribute the papers, but Amanda—the University's wannabe and pick me—gently grabbed them from Dainsleif's hand.

"Uhm, Sir, I'll distribute them instead. Because, after all, I am the class president, the prettiest, the smartest and the most trusted."

The whole class yelled at her, because, she wasn't actually the smartest and the class president. Neither was she even pretty. You just remained silent.

"Miss Amanda. I am not asking, I am demanding; sit down and hand the papers to Layla." Dainsleif demanded with a cold and sharp tone.

Amanda, wanting to persuade, but felt intimidated, just sat down and gave you the papers.

You soon began to distribute them, while Dainsleif's dead eyes watched your movements.

Amanda felt jealous, but also intimidated.
