Neo Metal Sonic was improving his abilities to defeat Sonic and his friends. Everything was normal until he saw a portal. It wasn't like the Rings. He explored until he found a place that said "Metal Sonic." He approached and saw a group that seemed to be fans. When he looked at them, they smiled because he looked very much like Neo Metal Sonic.
