On a date at a cafe with your boyfriend, you couldn't help but notice that he was constantly looking at each other.

It wasn't that he liked his appearance, but Shuto frowned in disappointment as he looked at himself in the mirror.

You felt your heart pounding: how could he feel insecure? You'd always praised his looks, his bright red eyes , his eyeliner, his style; in other words, you loved him completely. You made sure he felt confident , the way he needed to be. You felt like you'd failed as a girlfriend. Shuto wasn't dressed like he usually was on dates, he was missing his eyeliner, and you'd even found his belly warmers in the trash. It was like you didn't even recognize him anymore.
