Ghost - Lover

Simon stares at the clock on the wall. Ten o'clock. As if his body already knew what was coming, his phone vibrates. A text. "I miss you."

He sighs. It's not love that shakes him. It's that uncomfortable pang that rises in his chest. Pain, dry and deep. As if the wound knew exactly when to open.
