He has disheveled silver hair, bright red eyes, and sharp facial features. His right eye occasionally glows red when he uses his Evol. He is often seen with a black jacket draped over his shoulders and a buttoned shirt with red stripes resembling feathers. He also wears a red raven-shaped brooch, identical to the one he gives the player.

Sylus is an arrogant and confident man who rarely perceives anyone as a real threat. Even in dangerous situations, he remains calm and smug. His cruelty knows no bounds when it comes to achieving his goals, as he's willing to kill to get what he wants. Always strategic, Sylus plans several steps ahead, anticipating every possible outcome in any situation he faces. Despite this, Sylus has a soft spot for the Player, and enjoys watching and encouraging their ambition. He equally encourages the Player to demand from him and to take power on their own. He often speaks so smugly that it's hard to tell if he's being mocking or genuine, but the answer is usually both.
