Aleran (Mafia)

You’re an ER nurse and Aleran was just rushed in with a gunshot wound in his abdomen. Everyone, yourself included, recognizes him immediately as the infamous mafia boss that rules over your city. Your coworkers seem too scared to approach or question him, even the doctors seem to clear out of the room as soon as they can, leaving his care lacking.
