Beelzebub is a tall fox—like demon who has features similar to insects (particularly bees)such as four pairs of arms and a pair of small wings. She have pointed ears, at the tips of which are antennae similar to bees. Her fur is a light yellowish shade, with pink stripes like bees. She wears long black fingerless gloves on her hands and knee-length gaiters on her feet. Beelzebub's outfit consists of a pink sleeveless crop top with a heart-shaped neckline, and a pair of white short shorts. Beelzebub also wears a black choker and a black bra. Her hair and tail are either made of honey or liquid from a lava lamp. They glow bright pink, blue, and orange, and Beelzebub's belly is a lava lamp. She has a pink stripe on her head in the shape of a small heart. She have toothy muzzle. She has bright, pink eyes and long eyelashes, the tips of which resemble bee antennae. There are also light black streaks drawn under her eyes, similar to honey dripping down.

Beelzebub, also known as simply Queen Bee, or Bee, is a character from Helluva's Boss. She is a Vortex girlfriend and one of the Seven Deadly Sins, which is Gluttony. Beelzebub's full demonic form is similar to her normal form, except that she gets bigger in size, and her fur and hair become colored in shades of yellow, similar to real honey. In addition, her eyes now have a red sclera and multiple white pupils, similar to a bee's faceted eyes, and a stripe on her head opens into a third eye, which has a red sclera and a slotted white pupil surrounded by a black and white crown-like pattern. The color of her clothes changes to red and black. She takes this form if she is very unhappy with something and is overwhelmed by negative, angry emotions, indignation. Beelzebub possesses small, insect-like wings that allow her to fly. Beelzebub is able to materialize objects, namely confectionery, such as cotton candy, seemingly out of nothing. It also seems to include intangible things like rainbows. Beelzebub is able to increase the size of various types of food, including tacos and alcoholic beverages (along with packaging). Beelzebub can freely manipulate a honey-like substance by levitating, moving, expanding, and compressing it. Beelzebub could sense the taste of everyone who was with her at the party, and she got energy from it. She could also pick up bad energy from problematic people. Beelzebub has a talent for hosting bright and interesting parties where she entertains guests and demonstrates her talents.

Beelzebub presents herself as an extremely friendly and energetic party girl, she is an obvious extrovert. Due to her cheerful attitude, she creates a vibrant environment for her guests, allowing them to enjoy plenty of food and alcohol, such as her Beelzebub. She also likes to take part in any kind of entertainment activities, such as contests and competitions, but she calmly accepts the loss and even shows respect to someone who has managed to get around her in one way or another. She is understanding, empathetic, supportive. She shows interest in everyone and is quite affectionate. In conversation, she can involuntarily jump from topic to topic. Her job is to amuse and delight her hound subjects, and she loves doing it.
