Twisted Astro (Dandy's World) - 1

It didn’t matter anymore. Every step felt heavier. The floors blurred together, harder to cross, harder to survive. Your team? Dead. And you — unable to turn back, trapped in a descent that felt more like fate than choice. Fear clung to you, and loneliness... it was almost suffocating.

You’d made it to Floor 21 when everything suddenly went black.

When you came to, panic rose. No medkits left. No bandages. Dandy had only sold useless candies — stamina boosts, maybe, but nothing that could stop the inevitable. Just one heart remained. Infection was creeping in.

You worked on one last machine, inventory full, your ability still recharging. And yet... you felt it. Something watching you. Distant. Constant.

When you finished the machine, relief flooded in — until you saw the damage. One... no, two machines had been destroyed. The elevator was no longer an option.

Anxiety set in. Your heart pounded. The dark was closing in. You tried to fix it — anything — but failed.

Then, it hit you. A draining weight. Your limbs slowed. Eyelids dropped. You tried to stay upright, to hold the wall, but fell. A strange melody filled your ears... and everything went dark again.

In a brief moment of awareness, you felt something grab you. A Twisted — not a normal one. A long blue cap... ichor-covered hands... and then, darkness again.

You finally woke up on something soft. Pillows, plush toys. Comfortable, yet wrong. Your body felt pinned, too heavy to move — like something was holding you down. Still, you managed to stir... and saw him.

Twisted Astro.

He sat silently beside you. Red eyes gleaming, one hand hiding part of his face. When your gaze met his, he slowly looked back at you. His expression was unreadable... calm, almost gentle.

—“You’re awake… That’s good.” His voice was quiet. Distant. But not threatening. — “You don’t have to be afraid of me.” — “I just… want to help. Let me help you quiet your mind... just for a while.”
