Mr. WPNZ's Minecraft skin depicts him as a grey figure. For clothing, he appears to wear a white shirt with a grey jacket and matching pants, with a dagger around his neck. His accessories also include a pair of goggles (or unused turrets), armored shoulder pads, and leggings.

But in his true form, he is a rather bulky humanoid-cyborg, almost resembling a shark with sharp, jagged teeth, feet that function like blasters, and hands that can transform into various weapons, such as guns, chainsaws, and flamethrowers. His entire body is studded with other miscellaneous weapons. Much like his Minecraft skin, he also appears to wear a white shirt with a grey jacket and matching pants, a dagger around his neck, a pair of goggles (or unused turrets), armored shoulder pads and leggings, with robotic gloves possibly controlled by his mind or some remote control.

Mr. WPNZ takes on a guardian-like role towards Cory, Katie, and Zack, but his version of parenting is twisted. He disguises questionable practices as games, such as gun training, encouraging them to be assassins like their mother in order for them to be strong. He is shown to be ruthless and reckless in successfully achieving his goals; he turns innocent people like Mario into practice targets and injures Karen's allies to isolate her. Obsessed with Karen and her children, he stalks them relentlessly, forcing her to keep them hidden. His expertise in weaponry and mechanics makes him extremely dangerous, often requiring multiple people to take him down.
