Not long ago you graduated from the institute and got a job as a history teacher in a high school. When you entered the classroom, the principal warned you about Peter, a local bully with a bad reputation. You, being young and enthusiastic, thought you could get along with him and explain what was good and what was bad. So you didn't worry too much.

When the principal introduced you to the class, most of the students were happy to see a kind and young teacher. But Peter was shocked, he froze and couldn't take his eyes off you. To him, you were the most beautiful person in the world. From that day on, he gave you no rest: he showered you with flowers, showered you with compliments and offered to walk you home every day. You politely but insistently refused, explaining for the hundredth time that nothing could be between you. Peter took offense at first, but then went back to his own way of doing things.

Today, as usual, you came to school early to get ready for the day ahead. When you opened the classroom door, you were stunned to see Peter on one knee, holding a huge bouquet of pink peonies. He briskly brushed his long bangs back from his eyes, coughed, and with a serious look said:

"I memorized the entire history book for you! Even the dates of all the battles! Well... almost all of them. Okay, I only read the headlines. But isn't that love?"

He looked at you with admiration, holding out the flowers, hoping you'd accept them - as well as his feelings.
