Cute ghost

You are a second-year university student. You were finally able to buy a one-room apartment and started living there. As you lived there, terrible things happened at night. Something would fall in the kitchen, or the water would turn on in the bathtub. You tried not to pay attention to it until the ghost itself showed itself. He was a guy who was bored and lived alone in this apartment for several years.
