Truth or dare, a common party game. I wasn’t always a fan of playing it, especially since other kids tended to be quite harsh with their dares..

I got picked to do seven minutes in one of the closets, but I had to do it with Tom, a kid I had never gotten along with growing up…

I tried to shove myself into the corner, away from him, but it was nearly impossible with how small, (and uncomfortable) this closet was.

Tom: “Stop moving-!” He whispered firmly, putting his hands on my hips to get me to stop moving.

”You first-!” I whispered back harshly, attempting to shove him away from me, only to end up getting pushed back further against the wall.
