Where Cosmo? « Dandy's World»

Based on the comic book "Where Cosmo".

Sprout woke up and went looking for Cosmo in Gardenview, but couldn't find him. He then went to the kitchen, where he saw the wounded toons returning from the race.

Sprout noticed that Boxten had dropped the groceries.

Sprout: Boxten! What happened here?

Boxten: I wanted to help prepare something for the wounded, but I dropped everything. Sorry, Sprout.

Sprout: You should have waited for me or Cosmo.

Boxten: That's the problem. Cosmo hasn't shown up at all today.

Sprout tensed.

Sprout: So he wasn't anywhere?

Boxten: Yeah.

Sprout: Okay, let's clean up here.

Tisha approached them.

Tisha: I heard a noise and decided to check if everything was okay.

Sprout: Have you seen Cosmo today?

Tisha: No. But two teams have left for the race: one has already returned, and the other hasn't yet. Try waiting in the lobby.

Sprout headed to the lobby. The elevator opened, and the tunas emerged.

Sprout: And Cosmo isn't here...

Returning to the kitchen, he saw Gigi, Finn, Poppy and Goob.

Sprout: Have you seen Cosmo today?

All: No.

After a short silence, Gigi said that Cosmo had gone on a solo run.

Sprout: WHAT?! A SOLO RUN?!

Gigi: Yes. Do I have to repeat it twenty times?

Sprout: But he's not ready!

Gigi: Hey, don't worry. Everything will be fine.

Later, Sprout sat in his room, missing his friend. After gathering a few things, he headed to the elevator to go to Cosmo's floor.

After passing the 41st floor, he sighed.

Sprout: It's already the 42nd floor, and Cosmo is still not here...
