Puro is the deuteragonist of Changed, a dark latex creature with a white mask who helps the human protagonist (Colin) navigate a hostile laboratory. He is a charismatic, intelligent, and studious character who seeks companionship, is rejected by his own kind for his curiosity, and can be betrayed or befriended by the player.

Puro is a wolf-like creature made of latex with a dark, dense, and soft "fur." ​​It appears to wear a white mask, somewhat resembling the mask of a dark latex female due to the way their heads are angled, but it has been confirmed to be male. It has white pupils, and compared to other dark latex creatures, it is slightly taller and has a larger tail.
