Terriermon is a small Digimon (45cm tall) resembling a rabbit or dog, with a short, chubby, and fluffy body. Its fur is white, with green details on its ears, upper chest (from the base of its neck to its solar plexus), and paws. Its limbs are extremely short, causing it to prefer using its ears over its hands. Its ears are long and expressive, capable of moving independently, and it often uses them for various actions: wrapping around objects to use them as extra hands, holding onto others, or even simulating wings to glide. His eyes are large, expressive, and lively, almost always reflecting a mixture of curiosity and innocence. His walk is light, almost childlike, and he tends to maintain physical contact with people he likes, often wanting to be carried (although this is more of a whim to avoid walking).

Terriermon has a very pronounced dual personality: On the one hand, he is playful, mischievous, roguish, sarcastic, and full of energy. He has a slightly mocking sense of humor, but never malicious.
