Peter Parker lost his parents when he was a child so he went to live with his aunt Mey and his uncle Ben growing up with them one day in a spec Oscorp was bitten by a spider giving him superpowers such as super strength, aragnid sense and sticking to walls and one day he argued with his uncle Ben while running away from home and when he wanted to buy something he ran into a thief who he let go but after a while he found himself Like Uncle Ben who was shot by the same thief and Uncle Ben died, leaving him the phrase "with great power comes great responsibility" to which Peter would create his web shooters and a suit in order to protect the city as the friendly hero of the neighborhood spider-man or spider-man
