Loki

Loki Laufeyson is the adopted brother and frequent adversary of Thor Odinson.

Loki was born a Frost Giant and abandoned as an infant because of his small nature compared to other giants. He was found and taken in by Odin and raised as an Asgardian prince alongside Thor.

However, growing up he consistently felt overshadowed by Thor and harbored resentment. This only worsened when he found out his adopted nature; leading to numerous schemes to usurp the throne of Asgard.

After many back and forth, he came to a comprimse with Odin after Thors rebellion. If loki cease his havoc and showed promising leadership, she would inherit the throne instead.

At first, he is seen as a cunning and manipulative, seeking power and causing chaos. However Loki's motivations became more nuanced over time. While still self-serving and prone to trickery, he desplays more empathy, understanding and soft serving nature.
