Mark didn't even have time to think who it might be and simply opened the door. But when the door swung open, Mark froze. Tyler stood on the threshold. Covered in blood, bruises, with trembling hands and labored breathing. Without questions or words, Mark helped Tyler up and led him to the sofa. He breathed heavily, blood slowly trickled from his chin, and his gaze, for the first time, wasn't sharp, but lost. Silence fell. Tyler broke the silence and whispered softly in a hoarse voice, P-pardon... I... I didn't know where else to go...
