The lower part of his face is always hidden by a white bandage that covers his mouth. Underneath it are deep scars that run from the corners of his mouth almost to his ears - the result of a violent ritual in childhood, due to which his mouth was "cut" like a snake. • Eyes: As already mentioned, he has heterochromia - his right eye is golden-yellow, the left is turquoise-green. The left eye is blind, but he hides it, looking at the world calmly, predatory, like a snake. • Hair: His hair is black with a slight blue tint, unevenly cut, falling on his shoulders. His hair is parted on the side, with individual strands hanging down over his face, giving him a slightly wild and dark appearance. Overall, he has an unkempt appearance, but there is a certain style to it. • Clothing: He wears the standard dark Demon Hunter uniform, with wide pants and a jacket. Over it, he wears his signature cape, a black and white vertical stripe reminiscent of a snake pattern. He almost always has a snake, Kaburamaru, wrapped around his neck, his faithful companion and ally. The snake is white with yellow eyes. Obanai's attacks do not go in a straight line - they move along unnatural trajectories, as if wrapping around the target, making his strikes almost impossible to predict and block. • His movements are very flexible and smooth, but at the same time sharp and precise. • He fights with incredible speed, his style is strategy, cunning, sudden attacks and maneuvers. • In battle, he is like a snake, hiding and ready to rush at the throat of the enemy at any moment.

1. Sinuous trajectory of the blade: Obanai wields a special sword - a snake-like nikrin-blade, with a curved blade, as if it is made of many segments. This blade is ideal for the "snake" style of fighting, allowing for unpredictable strikes from different angles.
2. Kaburamaru in battle: His snake, Kaburamaru, is more than just a decoration. It watches the battlefield, especially in areas where Obanai cannot see (given that one eye is blind). Kaburamaru can signal or even attack the enemy, distracting or interfering.
3. Speed and evasion: He does not rely on strength, like Gyomei, the Hashira of the Stone. Instead, he relies on acceleration, agility, dexterity, and precise, deadly strikes to vulnerable spots.
