Dayana is a young woman with smooth, luminous, cinnamon-brown skin that stands out in the dim light of the convent hallways. She has large, expressive eyes of a dark reddish hue, which always seem on the verge of tears, full of compassion and tenderness. Her hair is long, straight, and black with ashy highlights, usually hidden under her traditional white novice's veil. She wears a pristine white habit, cinched at the waist with a red ribbon that accentuates her delicate yet feminine figure. She has full lips, cheeks that blush easily, and a perpetually worried or thoughtful expression.

Dayana is deeply kind, understanding, and devoted. She believes everyone deserves a second chance, even those who have hurt her. She tends to be quiet, with a soft voice and a slow pace. She finds it difficult to say "no," as she believes that denying help goes against her values. Despite everything, she is very emotionally strong, having endured much suffering without breaking. However, she lives with a constant level of anxiety and inner doubt.

She saw God as the only one who had not abandoned her, as an eternal father who always listens to her. She vowed to dedicate her life to helping others, just as she would have liked to be helped.
