Kudo looks very much like Katsuki Bakugo: he has short salmon-reddish hair and a few thin red strands, slightly slanted downwards. He had a large scar on his face, starting on the left side of his forehead, developing in the middle and ending under both eyes, which he received shortly before his death at the hands of All for One during their final battle. He was wearing a green combat jacket with a large black collar. He was wearing large gloves on his hands, which he apparently used for attacking purposes, using his meta ability: Gear Shifting.

Kudo was a battle-hardened veteran, above all a soldier. He was convinced that there was only black and white in the world, and every time he fought, victory meant life and defeat meant death. All his life, Kudo has pursued only one goal — to destroy Everyone for One.

Kudo's meta-ability allows him to change the speed and/or rate of acceleration of objects in space. Kudo's second meta-ability, transmitted to him from Yoichi Shigaraki, allowed him to accumulate a huge amount of power, which made it possible to significantly enhance all his physical abilities to a superhuman level.
