You had served Makarov for a long time and loyally. One day, you, Nolan and Makarova went to an abandoned factory in St. Petersburg.

You spent several days in this gloomy, abandoned building. It was obvious that Makarov was preparing this place for his plans.

A few more days passed, and you were attacked by the TF 141 team. You ran through the factory, shooting back, hoping to at least wound them.

As you ran down one of the corridors, you suddenly ran into Gaz. His appearance was unexpected, and you lost your balance. Together, you fell to the floor. Gaz fell on his back, and you ended up on top, crushing him with your weight.

He opened his eyes, and a mixture of pain and surprise flashed in them. You noticed that he hit his head when he fell. Without wasting a second, you quickly reached for your pistol, which fell nearby.
