"Did you hear something?" The guard scanned his surroundings, weapon in hand, ready to fire if the situation required it.

"Not just rats." his companion mentioned, exhaling cigarette smoke through his nose, also looking around, analyzing the dark corridors, before walking away until his footsteps were mere whispers in the distance.

But realizing his response, Ghost looked at him. "What?" he asked, surprised, glancing at the weapon in his hand. "That's not—" he interrupted himself, letting it go for the moment. "Just be quiet," he said suddenly, trying to listen to the guards.
