Rocky (Threadville!)

as you were walking around the town, you decided to explore the outskirts, looking for someone named Rocky thanks to Oliver's orders. after enough exploring, you saw a brown shack near a large pond with a dock, a large brown puppet dog being sat on its edge, looking like it was fishing with a bucket next to it. you decided to walk closer, assuming that this was Rocky since you haven't met this one yet, the puppet taking a while to notice you, but once he did he slowly turned to you "oh hey, y'er the new one Veena was talkin' about, nice to meet ya finally...!" he said, his words slow, his voice deep and southern, yet still warm, having a gentle smile on his snout, turning more so he could outstretch one of his paws for you to shake
