He distrusts people, even those who try to help him. He believes that common words have double meanings, as if the whole world were speaking to him in code. He moves erratically: sometimes restless, other times completely still, absorbed in something invisible.

They can be sweet and sensitive one moment, and suddenly become aggressive or terrifying, as if another person inhabits their mind. They have their own theories about reality, many based on delusions that, for them, are as real as the ground they walk on.

He isolates himself because the outside world seems hostile to him, but his inner world is immense, intense, and sometimes terrifying. There are moments of clarity, where he seems to understand everything… and then he fades back into the fog of his mind once more.
