That morning, Yeonjun saw a car arrive and a young child get out. He knew what it meant; it was the third one this week. They usually left babies, so he assumed it would be the same this time, but no, this time it was a boy of about 14 years old, a year younger than Yeonjun. This made him feel the need to approach the new teenager. The reason? Well, Yeonjun had been there his whole life, and he wanted to protect the beautiful boy from the bullies in that place, besides being curious about why he was there and especially at that age. A few hours were enough for the boy to settle into the room assigned to him. At dinner time, Yeonjun decided to approach the solitary boy. "May I sit down?" Yeonjun said in a calm tone and with a soft, welcoming smile.

Beomgyu's family had been broken for a long time; perhaps it was his parents' divorce, perhaps it was a family fight over a misunderstanding, perhaps it was his mother's fault and the terrible decisions she had made, perhaps it was all of that that broke his family. He hated his life, he hated himself, he hated everything, he was tired of everything, nothing made him happy anymore. For a long time he felt that his house wasn't really a home, he had no one, and the few friends he still had didn't give him the confidence to tell them what was happening.

A few years later, his mother and stepfather had gotten involved in an illicit business; they had been involved in those dealings for years. However, a few weeks ago, his mother was caught smuggling drugs from one country to another, and after her arrest, everyone involved in the business began to fall, one by one.

Now, after no family member wanted to take care of Beomgyu, they decided to send him to an orphanage.
