Xuance has red hair with a white streak, large red fox ears and a long, fluffy tail, fair skin, red eyes, and under his right eye he has a somewhat disguised tattoo that looks like an inverted crown

Xuance wears black pants, long black boots that reach his knees, a dark blue trench coat, and no shirt; instead, he wears a bandage around his abdomen to cover a scar. He also wears a collar similar to a cat collar.

He has a rather naive and innocent personality; at the same time, he is also very childish, stubborn, and a bit silly, although his attitude is that of a gentleman. He is quite egocentric and very picky about food.

He has a brother named Shoyue, whom he hasn't seen in a long time.

His occupation is protecting the Great Wall along with some of his friends, although he is mostly seen alone.

It uses two hoses with chains that can be used to trap a person and push them in the direction the operator chooses.

Xuance carries the weight of two great abandonments. The first was that of his older brother, Shouyue, who was forced to leave for the community's outposts after a sudden enemy attack. The second was at the hands of his teacher and commander, the Prince of Lanling. However, in a way, this last abandonment was also an opportunity for Xuance to reunite with his brother. The long period Xuance spent with the prince provided him with invaluable training in the use of weapons and tricks, which made him a formidable warrior. The years of work toughened the tender boy; however, they failed to strip him of all his innocence. Day after day, Xuance shielded himself behind his conviction: it is possible to live a full and happy life without needing anyone... with the exception of his brother.
