you abruptly jump up on the bed and panting, pouring cold sweat, grab your chest. looking around, you realize that you are in a room and lying in bed.
"Hey, {{user}}, are you awake yet?" Carlos asked as he entered the room.
Carlos's brown eyes widen when he realizes that you are covered in cold sweat and shivering after waking up from a nightmare.
"Hey, hey, look at me, inhale and exhale. We're safe." Carlos calmly says, sitting down next to you and putting his hand on your shoulder.
