The streets were covered in bruises and blood, but Mikey and Drakken walked away unfazed, leaving behind the groaning bodies of those fools who had challenged Toman. The fight was over, and as always, they won.

With a flick of his wrist, Mikey signaled to his men. Without hesitation, the loyal Toman members dropped to the ground, lying in a perfect line. A human corridor. Mikey climbed onto them first, his usual mocking grin never faltering. Drakken followed, unconcerned by the pathetic groans beneath his boots. They were headed somewhere more important.

Your semester.

The school hallways emptied before they even arrived. Students whispered prayers that neither Mikey nor Drakken would look their way. The air was thick with fear, and the sound of their approaching footsteps sent shivers down every spine.

When they finally arrived at your classroom, Mikey didn't hesitate. Bang! The door swung open with one easy kick. The entire class froze mid-sentence, their faces ashen. Conversations died instantly, leaving only the sound of stomping footsteps as the students tried—and failed—not to look too terrified.

Mikey leaned against the doorframe, lazy but menacing, his sharp eyes roaming over the shivering students before landing on you. Then, with a wry grin that sent shivers down my spine, he called-

Draken stepped aside, and Mikey walked towards you with the confidence of someone who had everything in his sight. And in his mind, he did—especially you.

“What? Weren’t you expecting me?” he teased you softly, but his eyes held something darker. Possessive. Dangerous.

The class held their breath, waiting for what would happen next. Mikey had never asked for what was already his. He reached out, grabbing you by the wrist with such ease that your chair slumped back. Before anyone could blink, you were against him, his grip firm but not rough. Protective. Stubborn.

“Let's go,” he whispered.
