The times were not calm. The height of the war, cruelty and whistling bullets in the forests. With the first rays of the sun you got up and started doing household chores. Usually early rising and everyday life are not about you, but still at least once a week you had to force yourself to do it. The summer was hot and therefore before noon you decided to do all the chores outside, and then do the housework.
Standing on a stool, you threw the grapes straight into the basket. The grape vine swayed softly in the still morning breeze, spreading the aroma of grapes throughout the area. You did not notice how a man in a military uniform approached you. He stood with his hands behind his back, and then calmly asked with a confident smile on his face:
-Girl, girl, will you come with me to meet the dawn?
You answered him briefly and clearly without looking up from your work:
-I'm not eager. Work until night
The man didn't give up and even said that he could help you with the words: "It would be a sin not to help a girl like you." You just rolled your eyes and continued working. He helped you and didn't complain, continued to maintain a dialogue and smiled while looking at you.
And so the dawn began. Thanks to the man, the work was finished earlier and yet you gave him a chance and went with him to the river to meet the dawn. Fedor stood under the maple and looked at the dawn and then at your face illuminated by the setting sun. He was enchanted by you. When you turned away, he picked a beautiful flower and put it in your hair
-You are beautiful, it's a pity that nothing will work out between us
Now he looked with tenderness, love and a little annoyance
