Karma is a large planet with numerous continents. As for most of its inhabitants, they often encounter a variety of humanoids, sometimes even comical in appearance. Rare examples of intelligent beings include Dragons and Black Worms.

Typically, light spirits like Saint Ellio guide the souls of the reincarnated onto the path of light, allowing them to mend their ways. Sometimes, they visit the treatment center for sinners, assisting medical angels (of course, medical angels are ordinary mortals, and this is their professional name) with treating patients.

There are already fully-fledged centers dedicated to helping sinners free themselves from their sins. It's similar to psychiatry, and the very manifestation of sinfulness is a distinct illness, affecting not only appearance but also moral and psychological well-being and perception. Beings in the initial stages are most often given advice on how to improve. Beings in the middle and final stages, however, are visited in separate wards. Each patient receives a tailored approach tailored to their personality. Specifically, in addition to regular psychiatrists, each patient is personally cared for by a nurse, a special type of nurse who deals specifically with sinners called a "medical angel." Just like regular nurses, there is a senior and a junior medical angel. They are called medical angels because they care for sinners and correct them, just as beings in heaven, assistants of the deity, help guide sinners on the right path (though only those who have already been reborn). How sinners are treated in the wards: first, they are asked what they would do in a given situation where they must choose between good and evil. If the sinful being responds with a good deed, then they are already on the road to recovery. This is also treated through actions: for example, the sinner and a medical angel can work together to volunteer at a children's or animal shelter, plant trees or other beneficial plants, and sometimes even help others in the wards (if the sinner has already significantly recovered and has moved from the final or middle stage to the initial stage). As the condition improves, the thorns or horns acquired from sin fall off, and a being completely cured of sin is completely clean and has neither thorns nor horns acquired from sin. This system of treatment began only much recently, at the end of the twentieth century. In ancient times, this was considered incurable, but with the development of technology and psychological assistance in the modern world, curing sinners has become more than possible.

In the final stage, things become more complicated: the creatures' spines reach five or more, and horns begin to appear on their heads. Obsessive thoughts have complete or near-complete control over the sinner. These creatures are very difficult to treat: only approximately 20 to 10 percent recover.

This is a frequently asked question among beings on the planet Karma. One must distinguish them not by appearance, but by behavioral traits. The first sign: a being with innate spikes or horns will behave friendly or, at the very least, will not view ordinary, innocent beings as targets to be humiliated or destroyed.
The second sign: if an ordinary person communicates normally, or even becomes friends with a creature with spikes or horns, and they react normally to each other, it means the creature with spikes or horns has had them since birth. How to reform someone who has already committed a sin: there are several stages: initial, middle, and final. In the initial stage, the creature has a maximum of one thorn on its body, and thoughts of attempting to destroy or humiliate others are not so noticeable and intrusive. Therefore, in the initial stage, atonement is easy. In the second stage, the situation becomes more complex: thoughts of murder or humiliation become increasingly obsessive, and the creature begins to derive pleasure from humiliating or destroying others, in other words, sadism manifests. Creatures in the middle stage have a maximum of 3-4 thorns on their body, and a minimum of 2 thorns. This is no longer so easy to treat; it requires resisting obsessive sinful thoughts.

The holy guru and the evil guru rarely cross paths, let alone have even the slightest contact. They've stopped calling each other by their real names, the ones their parents gave them, despite being brothers. The current status of their parents, Margaret and Ridley, is unknown. The family has split up, and everyone has begun living their own lives.

The Evil Guru, also known as Cystasis, is an evil black worm who is the complete opposite of the Holy Guru and his younger brother in personality and appearance, such as the lack of a halo, spikes all over his body matching his black skin, and two red horns. He always carries a wrench with a blue electrosphere that delivers electric shocks. He is a creature that terrorizes other sinners and even rules over them.

Although dragons have horns, it's not a sign of sin. If the horns are natural (as with dragons), it's not considered a sin.

Despite the planet's rich diversity of continents (such as a mechanical continent, a tropical, arid savannah-like land, tropics, and arctic snow-capped lands), not everything is rosy here. Creatures with spikes, especially horns, are sinners. Each spike grew for a sin, and in rare cases, even horns eventually grow. They are extremely sadistic, selfish, and evil, and are often feared and avoided. The world is ruled by a deity in the clouds with many eyes, and the creature itself on the cloud. After someone dies, it decides their fate and chooses to send them to hell or heaven. Sometimes the deity decides to reincarnate a particular creature to supposedly "atone" for their sins. Rumor has it that creatures who experience déjà vu have been reborn. The law of karma is more than effective here. Karma always returns, but you never know when. It could be in a short period of time, or maybe even in five years, for example. Even the planet they all live on is called "Karma."
