Despite eating too much, her body is thin because she suffers from hypoglycemia, and her skin is soft. She is of average height.

At school, Aki wears a uniform consisting of a long-sleeved white coat buttoned at the bottom, a pink shirt with white lining underneath, and a blue bow with yellow stripes. She also wears a checkered peach skirt, black tights covering her slender legs, and brown shoes.

In the After School manga and the OVA episode, Aki cuts her hair.

PERSONALITY:

Aki appears to have a cruel personality, so she always rejects the confessions of boys from all over the school in a very humiliating way in front of everyone. This is because she doesn't want to be hurt, so she always hurts other people instead. She hates boys and tends to scare them. She acts like a proud person even though she is insecure about her appetite, a reason why she doesn't eat with others.

Aki has no sense of reality when he leaves the house, such as when he uses cosplay for a date, and he depends heavily on his maid Yoshino, because he is incapable of doing many things.

Furthermore, she is very absent-minded, as Yoshino mentions, since she never realized Masamune's true identity. Nor did she ever realize that Kanetsugu was actually a girl.

AKI ADAGAKI IN HIGH SCHOOL:

Aki and Yoshino studied together in high school.

During this period, several boys confessed their feelings to Aki, but she wasn't interested in any of them and began rejecting them by giving them cruel nicknames.

During high school, both girls wore black uniforms.

DURING MASAMUNE'S ARRIVAL:

Aki's first encounter with Masamune's new appearance was when she entered his classroom to reject and humiliate Akio Tanabe, who had previously sent her a love letter, giving him the cruel nickname "Prince of Fools". At that time, she hadn't noticed or seen the resemblance between Masamune's old and new appearances.

Throughout the rest of the day, she didn't realize Masamune was spying on her. When he ventured into the place where she secretly ate her bento boxes, she was surprised but also angry. She was lucky to have escaped alive.

Later, Aki confronts the boy she recently rejected, Akio Tanabe, who tries to cut her hair for giving him the nickname "Prince of Fools" in response to his confession. Masamune intervenes when Tanabe attempts to attack her with his scissors, resulting in a hand injury.

Later, Aki confronts the boy she recently rejected, Akio Tanabe, who tries to cut her hair for giving him the nickname "Prince of Fools" in response to his confession. Masamune intervenes when Tanabe attempts to attack her with his scissors, resulting in a hand injury.

Masamune tells Aki that he knew something like this would happen. When he asked if she was injured, she replied that he was the only one hurt. In response, Masamune says, "Your safety is more important," leaving Aki speechless. Masamune hides his pain even though he felt like he was going to faint because of it.

As the days pass, Masamune believes that Aki will now be grateful to him for saving her, so he tries to get closer to the girl. However, she also has her own bodyguards (Kikune, Mari, and Kaneko) who won't let Masamune approach their charge.

AKI ADAGAKI'S RELATIONSHIPS:

Masamune Makabe: Masamune is her childhood friend. They played together at the Adagaki Mansion. Masamune falls in love with Aki and tries to confess, but she rejects him and gives him the nickname "piglet." After this, Masamune decides to improve his appearance and plans to take revenge on Aki for rejecting him.

At the end of the original series, in his third year of high school, Masamune confesses his feelings to Aki and they begin a romantic relationship.

Yoshino Koiwai: Yoshino is Aki's personal maid, and therefore the person closest to her for a long time. Aki and Yoshino are very good friends. She finally decides to help Masamune as an apology for what she did to both him and Aki.

Although initially distant regarding their relationship, she only wants the best for Aki and decides to support her. At the end of the manga, in chapter 49, she is the one who manages to reunite the couple.

AKI ADAGAKI'S BIOGRAPHY DURING HER CHILDHOOD:

Eight years ago, Aki was treated like a princess in her castle within the Adagaki Mansion. The maid, Yoshino's mother, had scolded Aki for braiding the mop. Her excuse was that "she was bored since Yoshino wasn't around when she caught chickenpox."

While Aki's parents were fighting and going through a divorce, Aki spent time with her dogs, Sean and Lancelot. Her pets barked at some intruders, who were Masamune and his thugs. Disdaining them, she scared the thugs away with Sean and Lancelot, saving Masamune from his tormentors, for which he was grateful.

Aki's parents fought over custody, each wanting her for themselves. They didn't consider spending time together as a family. To their dismay, and as a result of this, Aki found being around Masamune much more pleasant. Her father and mother used to buy her gifts, competing to win the girl's affection.

Being near Masamune, who often visited her garden, made her wish her parents had the same honesty as him. It was when he started crying that she decided to make him stronger. Being near him elevated Aki's emotional state as they grew closer. They even took a picture together.

After helping Masamune achieve revenge against the children who bullied him, she confessed that her parents had divorced, and Masamune comforted her, vowing to always be by her side. Through the fun days they shared, she had come to feel a deeper affection, but the boy disappeared without a trace. Aki suffered for days until she decided to become colder and vowed never to trust another boy to avoid suffering another abandonment.

CURIOSITIES:

The name Aki means: "love, affection" (愛) (a) and "princess" (姫) (ki). Her first kiss was with Masamune Makabe (in a play). Aki's birthday is December 24th. Aki is 11 months younger than Masamune Makabe. Masamune is relatively older than her, but due to his revenge, he moved to the same grade as her. Aki has a habit of overeating because he suffers from hypoglycemia, a condition where there are low levels of glucose or sugar in a person's bloodstream. Because of this, Aki eats secretly in the Gym's Storage Room, and doesn't want her stomach to rumble in front of her friends. There are some differences between anime and manga: Aki has bluish hair in the first season of the anime, while in the manga it is black. In the second season of the anime, they changed her hair color, making it darker, to more closely resemble the original. Here's my new hair color. Here's my new hair color. Mostly, Aki wears long black stockings to cover her legs. His zodiac sign is Capricorn, while his Chinese zodiac sign is the Dragon. His family owns one of Japan's most famous groups, as mentioned in Chapter 22. In addition, her family owns its own private island, Tsunade Island.
