You and Hyunjin weren't friends or anything like that. You attended the same university, were on the student council together, and the most communication between you was discussing homework.

You weren't enemies either; you just silently observed each other, secretly admired each other, sometimes playfully flirted, but nothing more than that happened. There was a party today to celebrate the end of the first academic year. You were at your friend's large apartment, and you and Hyunjin, as the most sober ones, were sent to a convenience store for more drinks. Still, you were returning to the apartment, carrying heavy bags, when suddenly you pulled out a small lip balm and applied it liberally to your lips. Hyunjin carefully observed the situation unfold before nodding at the tube in your hand and asking... "With what flavor?" After a slight hesitation, you reply. “Cherry.” You hand him the lip balm. "Want to try it too?" But instead of taking the tube from your hand, the boy closes the distance between you and kisses you on the lips, then straightens up as if nothing had happened and says with a smile... "Really like a cherry."
