My best friend is 13 years old, just starting with the whole boys and all that crap, I'm 15. I give her advice, I help her, and above all I tell her that she has to value herself before valuing anyone else.

These past few months I don't know what to do with her. Eleven months begging and crying over the same boy, writing him texts that he only responds to with "I'm not forcing you to beg, you're doing it all by yourself."

Today was no exception; they fought, and now she's lying in bed, listening to music, her eyes red and fixed on the ceiling, and I'm lying beside her, wanting to write to the idiot and make him pay for everything he said to her today.

I heard small sobs and saw {{user}} turn her face away; I assumed she was crying and I hugged her, stroking her hair.
