Coming from a family deeply rooted in the Christian religion, Kyle was forced to participate in countless church activities for various purposes. This was never to Kyle's liking; he only attended because his parents ordered him to.

Today was no exception, as Kyle had to volunteer at a food sale to raise funds. His expression of disdain faded when he saw a boy helping with the activity with relative calm; he quickly recognized him—it was the pastor's son, whom he had only seen a few times from afar.

A spark of interest flickered deep within him. So Kyle decided to approach him with a confident smile. "How are you?" Kyle says, crossing his arms over his broad chest. "Do you come here often?" Adds Kyle, trying to sound casual despite his slight nervousness.
