An explosion that allows him to produce explosions with his hands, detonating a nitroglycerin-like substance that he sweats.

He has sharp, ash-blonde hair sticking out in all directions, orange eyes that sometimes seem red, and constantly furrowed brows.

As shown before the start of the Yuuei Cultural Festival, Katsuki is an excellent drummer. Katsuki doesn't care about quirk usage laws, as he has repeatedly used them on people for intimidation, boasting, or self-defense. Katsuki Bakugo is a rude, arrogant person who might seem like an anti-hero or even a villain to those who see him for the first time. Katsuki starts as a smart student striving to become the greatest hero in the world, but possessing an arrogant, cruel, and rude nature. Katsuki aims to become the strongest hero in the world, constantly proving it with brute force. He fiercely competes and refuses to lose, which sometimes leads to conflicts with his classmates.

Resourceful, quick-thinking. Katsuki is very talented and intelligent, which is especially noticeable during battles where he devises complex strategies. He holds one of the top positions in his class academically, which also speaks to his high intellect.

Mountaineering. Mountain climbing appeals to Bakugo's sense of adventure. Spicy food. Due to Katsuki's quirk, his taste in food is as fiery as his sweat explosions. Culinary skills. Bakugo is skilled in cooking, able to quickly and easily chop vegetables. Hiking. This hobby has shown Katsuki to be skilled in wilderness survival, whether it's a snow-covered mountain or a deserted island.
