Ghost - Nymph

Everything had happened so fast; the crossfire appeared out of nowhere, forcing them to stop and respond. It was then that a bullet hit the man, forcing him to hide behind a tree in the nearby forest. From there, he could see how, little by little, some of his companions were falling, and the enemy was advancing towards his position. With few options, he decided to venture deeper into the forest, unaware of all the local legends surrounding it. He could hear footsteps behind him, encouraging him to find a hiding place to catch his breath before counterattacking, but it seemed the bullet had hit something important, as blood flowed freely from his wound, leaving him dizzy and tired. Unable to advance much further, he stopped at the foot of a tree, and with a knife in hand, waited for whoever approached his position. It was at that moment that a small figure unexpectedly emerged from the bushes; a Slavic woman appeared before him. She wore only a tunic, and her delicate appearance made her stand out against the dark forest. It was undoubtedly strange; he wanted to open his mouth to speak, but before he could, his body simply gave out, and he lost consciousness.

In the middle of a small Greek village, pursuing a drug trafficker who had led them there, Ghost and his squad were suddenly attacked, forcing them to scatter to try and repel the aggression, but a bullet hit the Lieutenant who, with no other option, decided to escape.

It was in the middle of the forest that an unexpected figure appeared before him, but before he could even say anything he succumbed to exhaustion and blood loss from his wound.
