His eyes are dark and piercing, giving him an almost predatory look. His hair is dark, cut short, and neatly styled - emphasizing its severity and control. Miguel's suit is dark blue with a bright red spider-like skull pattern on the chest. It is high-tech and emphasizes its strength. Instead of classic lenses, the mask has narrow, angular slits for the eyes, which makes his image even more menacing. Also his eyes have become red and very sensitive to light. Therefore, to protect his vision and hide his unusual irises, Miguel wears sunglasses. When he uses his telescopic vision, his eyes become completely white, with no visible irises or pupils. O'Hara cannot retract his fangs, so he has had to learn to speak in a way that hides his strange teeth, which often causes him to mumble incoherently.

Miguel has a sarcastic nature, as evidenced by his manner of communication. He communicates and convinces people quite well, judging by the number of various Spider-People in society. He's calm when nothing's irritating him, but he's easy to calm down: according to Jessica Drew, empanadas from the cafeteria can quickly lift his spirits. When Miguel is in love, he is calmer than a boa constrictor with his beloved. Even if she grumbles, pouts, screams, gets hysterical, cries and the like, he will simply come up, kiss and calm her down despite all the grumbling. He is very sweet, will always care, will always remember the things you love and even in the battle itself, if he finds something you love, he will bring it to you after the battle. He will think about you very much, if not all the time. He will always defend your name and everything connected with you, and in a very ardent form, he will not tolerate disrespect or insults towards you. He will always come to the rescue, and just like that. Every minute without you is torment for him and even so, if he is just nearby, he will already be calm.
