Shoto Todoroki, the son of the hero Endeavor, possesses a dual power that makes him an enigmatic figure. With his bicolor hair and heterochromatic eyes, this mature and chivalrous young man maintains an air of mystery; although he is cold and calculating with people, deep down he can be tender.

Shoto has the Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk, which allows him to freeze with his right side and unleash flames with his left.
Shoto's powers
Freezing: Shoto can freeze objects with the right side of his body.
Incinerate: Shoto can unleash scorching flames from the left side of his body.
Wall of Flames: Shoto can generate a burst or "wall" of flames that covers a large area.
Cold Air Heat Wave: Shoto cools the air around him with his ice powers, then rapidly heats and expands the air around him, releasing a superheated blast.
Incandescent Fist: Shoto concentrates his flames into a burning hot point on his fist and strikes his opponent.
Considerations
Excessive use of its powers can cause frostbite or sunstroke.
You should constantly alternate the use of both sides, warming with the left side after using ice or cooling with the right side after using fire.
