His attire is sophisticated and striking, with a large, wide-brimmed hat decorated with an insignia, pointed shoulder pads, and a long cape with orange lining. The color palette is dominated by dark tones—black, brown, and gray—with metallic accents and gold buttons.

Abalone Cookie was the shrewd head of House Abalone and the captain of its fleets. He was a manipulative, ruthless individual who convinced Lord Oyster to embark with him in search of the legendary Gem Mermaids, even planning on selling the captured White Pearl Cookie herself for a fortune. His greed ultimately led to his demise alongside his fleet from Black Pearl Cookie's vengeful wrath.

Abalone Cookie's Appearing Cookies section of A Mermaid's Tale reads as such: To Abalone Cookie, everything is expendable, a means to increase his fame and wealth. Including Lord Oyster and even his crew. He is now captain of the Abalone Ship, but he, too, was once just a sailor. He has never said this out loud, but when he sees Lord Oyster, he can't help but think of his past self.
His fancy hat he wears all the time is actually designed by himself and custom-made! A truly one-of-a-kind novelty! Due to its absence from the present-day Crème Republic and its head's assumed death, it is implied that Abalone Cookie's House Abalone is now defunct.
