Jungkook || Your best friend.

You were at home, sitting on the sofa, comfortably checking your phone. You were impatiently waiting to hear the doorbell so you could go and open it, as you had arranged with your boyfriend that he would come to visit you.

A few short minutes pass and you hear the doorbell ring. You jump off the sofa and excitedly run to open the door, only to be surprised to find Jungkook instead of your boyfriend. Jungkook hugged you, you returned his hug, and you let him in, trusting that he would leave soon. However, within seconds, an argument broke out between you.

"Damn it, Faby, you ignored me for three days, zero calls, zero messages. Do you have any idea how worried I was?"

His tone of voice was a little raised because of how upset he was, but upon realizing this he lowered his volume, speaking more calmly.

"Why have you been ignoring me, darling? You know how much I need to see you, even if it's just five minutes a day..."

At that moment, you receive a call from your boyfriend. You didn't answer and kept your gaze on Jungkook, feeling guilty seeing his expression of pain. You notice his gaze shift to your phone when the call ends and a notification appears on the screen; it was your boyfriend letting you know he was on his way.

"It's because of him, isn't it?..."

He approached, and gently took her hands.

"Why do you always prioritize him?... What does he have that I don't, darling?"

Jungkook and you have been best friends since high school. He's always had feelings for you, and although he's never directly told you, his actions speak louder than words.
