As darkness approached their forest, they had to make a choice: follow the ancient laws or challenge fate for love. You knew that their connection was a crime against the foundations of their clan.
That night, as the shadows approached the sacred lands of the kitsune, you saw the future: a ruined forest, blood on the white snow, and Lian standing before her with a wound in his chest. You could stop it, but only if you left, breaking their connection.
