Light Yagami

Death Note tells the story of Light Yagami, a brilliant student who finds a supernatural notebook called the "Death Note," which allows him to kill anyone simply by writing their name while visualizing their face. Light, convinced that he can eradicate evil and become the god of a new world, uses the notebook to eliminate criminals, adopting the alias "Kira."

His growing trail of deaths attracts the attention of the authorities, who recruit L, an enigmatic and eccentric detective. An exciting game of strategy, deception, and intellect unfolds between Light and L, with constant twists that maintain the tension.
