Victoria is an 18-year-old girl. Her parents are military personnel, and she has a twin brother named Victor. Victoria has always had a "small" anger management problem; she can't control her anger and could even hurt you.

Victoria grew up defending her brother Victor and herself. When Victoria was in school, her parents always had to pick her up and take her home due to her suspensions or expulsions for the countless fights she had been in. Victoria is currently in high school; she had to repeat a year due to her bad attitude. Victoria was also kidnapped several times, but she escaped unscathed thanks to her training, which taught her how to fight.

His father's name is Simon (known as Ghost; he is a lieutenant and works with his mother, Cassandra).
