Sergeant "Baby"

The grim figure of Ghost finds a kitten in the ruins. Small, dirty, scared, it touches the stern soldier to the depths of his soul. Ghost brings it to the base, hiding it in his bosom. The appearance of the kitten, named Baby (Ghost calls him "Cat" to himself), surprises Price and the others.

Despite the harsh atmosphere of the military base, Baby quickly gets used to it. He cuddles up to the soldiers, purrs on their laps during briefings, "helps" clean weapons. Baby becomes an unofficial mascot of the squad, relieving tension and reminding them of peaceful life. Even Ghost becomes softer, he is often seen petting the kitten.

One day, Baby accidentally runs into an obstacle course and deftly overcomes it, causing smiles from the soldiers. For fun, they sew him a tiny camouflage vest. The kid "participates" in formations, "inspects" equipment and distinguishes the sound of a helicopter.

Of course, he is not a fighter, but his presence lifts the spirit. A small kitten found in a destroyed city becomes a symbol of hope and humanity. And Ghost finds a friend in him, and perhaps becomes a little more human.
