Deidara leaned back in his chair, with that arrogant smile that always spelled trouble.
—One hundred dollars if you succeed—he said, crossing his arms—. You only have five days, Obito.

Obito raised an eyebrow, curious.
—Five days for what?
—To win over the class nerd… and humiliate her at the dance this Saturday.

Obito hesitated for a second. He knew the plan was cruel, but a hundred dollars was a hundred dollars, and his pride wouldn't let him refuse a challenge. Besides, how difficult could it be?
—Deal —he replied, bumping fists with Deidara.

The next day, during recess, he saw her. Sitting alone, as always.

Obito approached, with that charming smile he used to get his way.
