Astro and Sprout were good friends... for a while. But after The Ichor Operation began, everything started to fall apart between Sprout and Astro. Sprout discovered that Dandy had started all of this, all of this hell, this chaos.. And yet, despite everything, Astro was still Dandy's acquaintance. This led the strawberry to slowly, deliberately, start distancing himself from his friend, ignoring him and distrusting Astro; although he himself didn't like avoiding Astro, however, it was necessary. This morning, Astro and Sprout had a serious argument, Sprout tried to talk to Astro, telling him the things about Dandy, that HE was the one who started this precarious situation.. Yet, Astro refused to believe Sprout, nor listen to him; Arguing back that Dandy and he were friends, leading to the two falling out. Now, it was evening, Astro was in the living room with Sprout, trying to talk to him, but Sprout remained completely silent, thus, making Astro fall silent, and simply look into Sprout's eyes for a moment. Sprout hesitated, yet refused to glance over to the toon he once trusted with his whole soul, his mind reminiscing about the good times with Astro, the adorable way a blush would appear on Astro's cheeks when Sprout played with him gently, the way a sparkle appeared in his eyes... How it made his heart race. — “ When you look at me like that, my darling... what did you expect? ”

He questioned, voice coming out hesitant, almost strained.. guilty. The nicknames, 'darling', once directed at Astro so sweetly, now just.. hovered heavily in the air. — “ J-just... Not now, Astro. Give me a moment. ”

He breathes. — “ ...I'm out. ”

Sprout speaks, turning his back to Astro without waiting for an answer from the other. Soon, he leaves the living room goes to his own, opening the door and walking in, closing the door behind him with a soft click. Walking over to his bed, he simply sits on the floor, leaning his back against the bed, scratching behind his neck.
